4 Different Workshops/Retreats
In 2025 we will be offering 2 Weekend Meditation Retreats and 2 Full Week 7-Day Workshops.
All of them will be happening online over Zoom.
The Weekend Retreats will have a main focus on inquiry and meditation.
The Full Week 7 Day Workshop gives you more time to really work with the themes and implement them in your everyday life.

What is the price?
The workshops and retreats are offered by donation, and the suggested donation starts at $125 for the weekend retreats and $250 for the full week workshops.
We are very grateful and appreciative if you wish to donate more than the minimum price.
The minimum price is set so that it is possible for the majority of people to participate.

As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to the private YouTube playlist with the prerecorded meditations.
It is also here the all recordings of the Sofa Sits, inquiries and meditations will be uploaded.
You will keep your access to the playlist as long as Youtube and/or our channels exist.
Please note that once you have access to the material you can no longer receive a refund.

09:00-09:40 Relevant Daily Exercises with the theme of the day
10:00-11:30 Sofa-Sit (You get the material as an e-book)
11:30-12:00 MindBody Integration Exercises
12:00-15:00 Lunch
15:00-17:00 Story-Free Q&A (All questions have a starting point in a body experience.)
20:00-21:00 Meditation – BodyMind Integration & Rest based around the theme of the day
