1:1 with Todd
If you would like support during your process, besides the Q&A and the Inquiry Group it is also possible to book a 1:1 session with Todd.
It is a paid 90-minute session, but you will see that it is booked for 135 minutes so there is spare time available and your process will not be rushed.
The session will be recorded and uploaded to an unlisted playlist on the Unfettered Mindfulness YouTube channel so you can access and rewatch the sessions at any time.

Private Sofa Sessions
with Todd & Pernille
It is now possible for you to book private sessions with Todd and Pernille. These sessions are deeper and more intensive than a traditional 1:1 because Pernille will be analyzing you before the first session starts based on the material you provide.
We are offering packages of 5 or 10 sessions at a time.
The 5-session package is $3000
The 10-session package is $5500
Before the first session we need you to:
Take photos of your face from the front and each side (with your ears visible)
Take a picture of your tongue
Take a picture of both hands (palms and the backs of the hands)
Make a video where you are recorded walking where the full body is seen walking from the front, from both sides, and the back
Make a minimum 20-minute video where you sit on a chair with the full body visible and talk about “family”
Create a document with all medications and supplementations you are currently taking
If there is any other relevant information you feel we should be aware of beforehand, please let us know.
You can upload and send us the material via WeTransfer.com or any similar platform after you have booked the first session.
All of the material will be used to do analysis of you before your first session.
You will have access to both of us whenever you need it, and can write to us with issues or topics as they arise. You will receive either a written or an audio reply as soon as possible.
You will not be alone in the process, with the 3 of us working closely together.
You are also welcome to share the sofa session with one or more friends. If you would like to create a little group where you are all supporting each other, and working in unison, we are happy to accommodate.
The price is the same no matter how many people participate. However, we will not be able to do the in-depth analysis of more than one per group.

Please note that before applying for the Sofa Sessions you would have to have participated either in the Tuesday Inquiry Group or the Friday Q&A.
We only accept applicants that we know.
We are all constantly expressing our subtle identifications and underlying beliefs through our choice of words, our body language, and our micro expressions.
The way the body moves, and its current appearance, gives clues about our psycho-emotional development in the formative years from before birth through adolescence. So Pernille draws on her education in psychomotoric therapy to get a more cohesive picture of the workings of the physical, emotional, and psychological functionings of the system.
These foundational beliefs, traumas, and imbalances often make it more difficult to see through many of the Fetters. If it feels like you have been going in circles, have had clear experiences of no-self or non-duality, but haven't been able to stabilize the insights into your daily life, it is often because some of these factors are in play.
By doing the analysis, we can make the inquiry more efficient. Though it is why we are selective about who we work with, and usually work with people who have seen through the First Fetter, as some of the material that comes up may be destabilizing.
The analysis based on the material mentioned above normally takes 6-8 hours.
By making the analysis of you before we meet for the first time, we will get a clearer picture of the obstacles standing in your way, (that you might not yet be aware of,) as well as their potential solutions.
It also helps us to get a sense of the direction that the consultations will go, as well as providing us with an overview of specific exercises and assignments to suggest for you between consultations.

See Through The Self Delusion Course
We are so happy that there is now a full course for you to see through the identification of the self!
This course is like a practical handbook of all of the different angles that you need to be aware of when you are investigating identification in your direct experience. We hope that it will be equally useful to people who are absolute beginners on this awakening path, as it will be to seasoned seekers who believe they have seen through the sense of self and are currently working with the higher fetters. We believe that everyone will find things in the course that will help them to deepen their insights regardless of whichever stage of awakening they feel they are in.
Take your time with this course! It is quite comprehensive. Through it we will be discussing many aspects of awakening, some of which tend to be overlooked by those on the path. We stress the importance of integrating awakening into our daily lives, so we spend a lot of time helping to bridge the gap between the spiritual world and the relative mundane one in which we all live.
In this course we will go into detail about meditation practices, discerning thought from “reality”, how to approach long-held trauma, how to investigate and manage our fear of death, practices to stimulate deep non-dual insights, and how to avoid many different pitfalls and egoic traps that you might encounter on the awakening path.
For those who are familiar with our The Awakening Curriculum and Unfettered Mindfulness YouTube channels, you might have already seen many of these videos. But they have been assembled in a practical sequence that allows progressive insights and practice, and they have been expanded with 50,000 words of written summaries, extrapolations, further inquiry and meditation practices, and more. It’s effectively like having a whole book integrated into the video material. Even if you have already watched the videos, we hope that these written lessons will help to deepen and expand your understanding of the material, and provide you new directions to take your practice.
To get the most out of this course, we recommend watching each video in sequence, and taking lots of time to actively do every inquiry at least once. It can help to do the same inquiry multiple times before moving on. It’s always recommended to rewatch lessons, if not immediately, then come back to them weeks or months later to see if you now hear something that you missed the first time, or that now makes sense to you in a way that you couldn’t access previously.
It should be emphasized, you might accumulate a lot of new concepts from this course, but that will be of comparatively little benefit next to the insights that you glean from putting everything you hear into practice.
You are likely here, doing this course, in order to experience some sort of transformation of experience. But concepts have limited ability to do this. At least not in terms of creating long-term transformation.
For that, you need to have an experiential understanding of what we are pointing to. So relax, settle in, take a deep breath, and allow the experience to unfold all on its own.
No one knows what will happen on the other side of any practice. So remain curious, open, and remember to have fun.
